it slows dramatically and almost becomes unbearable for most of the album; i've heard better from naglfar! the production is great though, which makes it almost listenable.
POSTED: 07/07/2007 05:58pm

Wow. I couldn't disagree with you more. I think that your one of those black metallers who won't accept the new wave. Lets face it. Black metal is in such a shitty era and its huge. But that doesn't reject the fact that Naglfar still has it. I thought harvest was their best work because Kritoffer Olivious has one of the best voices I've ever heard and he beats Jen Ryden out of the water man. For the musical aspect of it your blind. The musicianship in this album was ****ing amazing! Dude did you even listen to the whole thing? Its controlled chaos throughout the album then to end it all off the have Harvest close it. Amazing ending. Amazing. The guitar work from Pariah was nowhere near comparison to this album and it shows with songs like "Mirrors of my soul, and Feeding Moloch." I don't think your ready for what Naglfar has to offer as a band. I suggest you just keep your close minded bullshit and stick to traditional black metal. What you said in this is like your making a attempt to compare 1349 to Death. You didn't mention either but its like whats wrong with progression! I will give you credit, at least you know what your talking about. So cheers man, I'm anticipating Naglfar's new album. Peace
