Slash shirts weren't banned at any show me or anyone I know have been to. Actually, at the one I went to, they were pretty numerous.

The only source for this information (which was left out of this article) was from a security guard/doorman that said he was instructed to not allow Slash shirts in. It sounds to me like the venue was just scared that they would offend Axl, so they took preventive measures.

And now UG has encouraged a whole comment section of people breaking site policies. In any other article, if you typed "That guy is such a faggot. I want to punch him in the dick," your comment would be deleted and you would receive a warning. UG must be desperate for hits to encourage this soft of thing. Either that or they honestly believe all the GNR media stuff.

I read it. I also read it 2 days ago on a few other sites. Just because it's printed doesn't make it true.

One guy says he was told to remove his Slash shirt. One other guy says he was told to tell people to remove their Slash shirts. Even if those things are true, how does that bring you to the conclusion that Axl doesn't allow Slash shirts?

As I said already, at the show I went to, there were Slash shirts everywhere, same as all the other shows. Judging by the fact that, at every other one of their shows, you could spend no more than 20 seconds searching for one, I'd assume that was no different at this one, since there's only one guy with a story about it.

Besides, even if this was a rule to be enforced, since it has never come up before in the last 4+ years of heavy touring, wouldn't it be much more safe to assume that it was the venue trying to prevent an incident by doing this?

And 50 minutes late and only heard three songs. Lets say that's 15 minutes. So 65 minutes in total from the orginal starting time. Their shows usually last more than 2 hours or even longer. So that's 120 minutes from the original starting time. How the **** would you have even made it even when they showed up on time? You would have to leave early anyways.

see when shows are put on by people (like stage hands) who have to adhere to something called UNION POLICIES, showing up LATE all the time causes havoc with scheduling, and even how late those people are OBLIGATED by the union to work.

Axl Rose has continually made it hard for ANYONE aroung him to develop consistency and efficiency by not touring with a set list, not showing up on time and just being difficult to handle. Hes past middle age and still acts like the bratty kid he was when he was younger.

I stopped paying for ANYTHING GNR related AFTER they screwed me and every other fan over in 2002 here Vancouver, and causing a riot because of it.

Thats my 2 bits about gnr, and I won't care to repeat it again in another 2 days when UGTMZ posts some other crap about him and his band of posers.

Funny isn't it how Axl is in a band called guns n roses , he is the only original member, Slash is in a band with the rest of the original members of Guns 'n Roses.... notice a thread here. The original Guns did not self destruct, Axl caused every one to leave IMHO. Pity they could have been bigger than Led Zeppilin or the Rolling Stones and Axl would have had more money and fame than he would have known what to do with.
