i find myself quite an enviro-activist in the fact that they're a total load of utter bullsh1t, aslong with the entirity of the labor government, including the man of many promises and not very much action, kevin rudd. for those who dont understand where im coming from, its pretty much equivalent to having hilary clinton as president, she makes a whole heap of stupid and outlandish promises yet forgets that once she becomes elected shes going to have to actually do everything she's promised.

The only reason why Rudd was voted in was because it was either him or howard's lap dog, peter costello.

personally, i think that peter garrett as environment minister is equivalent to gene simmonds as minister for education, or mick mars as the minister for health. totally unrealistic, and is only going to cause more problems.
