Wow man, 75lbs for a 1x12 amp? That's insane. Great sounding amp, though. Mesa Boogie always delivers.
POSTED: 02/05/2010 09:37am

Looks amazing! I totally agree on the 95lb remark, because 75lb is already pretty rough. No need for the weight if the sound doesn't justify the difference.
POSTED: 02/05/2010 01:11pm

Agreed, but I'll stick with my 120 watt 2x12 63 pounder. And yes, it's a combo.
POSTED: 02/05/2010 11:52pm

Close to boss mt2, certainly would replace pedals for any music except korn/slipknot style music.
POSTED: 04/12/2010 04:58pm

played one of these today at my local music store with a PRS custom 24...TONAL HEAVEN. after about 15 minutes of jamming i realised that all the knobs were set to 12 o'clock, this is really an amp on which you can get incredible tones wherever you set the knobs, truly a plug&play wonder.
POSTED: 09/11/2010 08:33am

Most Artists aren't given the recognition they deserve , until after they pass (i/e Hendrix - Bach - Picasso - etc.) ! I'm afraid this will be the path of the "Electra Dyne". It's "Simplicity" , lack of "Bells & Whistles" , and "Superb Tonal Characteristics" , will only presently be appreciated by a select few trained ears , and (for lack of interest) when Mesa Engineering eventually stops production on this Fine Piece of Art , people will frantically seek "Her" out as a Classic Collectable ! Tommorrows Treasure (TODAY)
POSTED: 01/06/2011 02:31pm
