What sucked was the venue. I don't think I'll ever go to a concert on the hill again. Just a terrible layout, and poorly organized. It was near impossible to get a good view, unless you were in VIP, or in way back on the hill. You couldn't even see the stage from the beer garden. On top of that it was an outdoor concert with shitty weather.

Also I was really excited to see Coheed and Cambria and Protest the Hero, but their sound was done poorly. Most Metallica fans didn't give them a chance. Big let down. $20 for 3 beers. $75 for hoodies. Terrible food. Like I said Metallica owned, but this was a terrible concert experience.

As for Protest, they were missing a guitarist and the equalization was a little off (too much drums). You have to give them credit for still doing the show though, and I though they put on a good performance.
