This would also replace the Peavey hands down in my Rock band!!
I play a 1976 Stratocaster with a Dimarzio super-distortion humbucker on the lead side, and a 1978 Gibson Les Paul Artist Custom. Both guitars sound great through either amp, I can only imagine what they would sound like on the new Ampeg GVT52-112.
Money is a small issue, but if the sound is that great?? IT'S WORTH IT!!!
My concern is that I want this amp to sound like my Ampeg Gemini I and with the sparkle of my Peavey at the same time!
All the music stores in New York don't have these amps, so I have not played on it. Is the chance of buying the amp a risk? Hmmmm...

There have been good to sort-of good reviews on this amp.

On the positive note --> I will go for it and most likely I will be extremely happy with it..
