Played one in a shop, nice neck, not sure on comfortability, it was a half/half situation. Sound was good on cleans, never got to try it with drive.
POSTED: 09/26/2012 08:51am

I personally hate singlecut guitars, the upper fret access is really restricted, it's not so much your fingers can't reach but your hand and wrist can't get in a comfortable position. That being said I tried the guitar in a shop, out of interest as an opeth fan, and the tone was superb for the price.
POSTED: 09/26/2012 02:04pm

I have yet to try a PRS and love listening to Santana and Opeth, so it's kind of a shame I haven't round across one yet in the shop
POSTED: 09/26/2012 05:56pm

Tested this guitar....the cleans are ****ing amazing....and it actually does overdrive and distortion well....the neck pickup is creamy as hell for soloing...but this due to the 24" neck...and because of that scale length, if you like playing full chords with overdrive both high up and down low on the neck, if wont have as much clarity compared to say a 25.5" scale length neck...so that's the buying factor here guys....keep that in mind when purchasing this guitar....
POSTED: 09/27/2012 03:43am
