The RC-2 is just fine really. Its only a single pedal, but basically does what this thing does in a more compact way. Its less than half the price as well.
POSTED: 05/16/2008 01:33pm

Mine was about £150. But I find that if you have two guitars going into the inputs (and yes I know you aren't meant to but it works) then the pedal chooses one of them to play louder than the other. Which is annoying when you wants the two guitars to be the same volume
POSTED: 07/29/2008 06:22am

i want to be able to create say 4 layers on a loop, then can edit each one individually- stopping and resuming each layers play throughout a loop. can the rc-20xl do this or can only an rc50? i'm sure i read that once a layer has been created on the rc-20xl, you can only keep adding and if you want you stop one layer, then you'd have to stop the whole loop
POSTED: 11/10/2008 11:52am

This pedal is amazing if you use it properly. Get a BOSS FS-6 Dual Foot switch so you can switch between loops in the middle of songs. Great for playing songs with loads of guitar parts. £150 including adapter and foot switch from big deal in Leeds.
POSTED: 01/30/2009 10:33pm

the loopstation is a very complex pedal, and many useful options. all in all, i think it's better than it's Digitech rival. this is definitely a great buy. it may be useful to watch Johnny Dmarco's videos on Boss Loopstations.
POSTED: 07/04/2009 08:41pm

Hiya Guys. I've just bought a RC 20XL loop station second hand. It sounds like a band from Mars were using it before me. When you hold down 2 seconds to delete, the next time you want to delete (something else) the first thing you deleted comes back, (because of the 2 seconds). My question is, Does anyone know how you get this pedal back to factory settings? In other words, how do you clear it!!!

Thanks anyone, everyone Bobbyrob21
POSTED: 05/01/2010 01:28pm

You just hold down the right pedal for 2 seconds... lets hope youve figured that one out by now, you can grab the manual off the Boss website
POSTED: 08/10/2010 06:25pm
