As I Lay Dying are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year and to help celebrate the milestone, they'll be releasing a new album titled 'Decas.' The record features three new songs, several covers and remixes by INNERPARTYSYSTEM, Dillinger Escape Plan's Benjamin Weinman, Kelly "Carnage" Cairns and Big Chocolate. Slayer, Judas Priest, and Descendents, are all represented on 'Decas' via blistering covers. As I Lay Dying just released the first track from the album, a blistering cut called 'Paralyzed,' which can be heard below.

It's really annoying how they're one of the few bands in their little niche that I like. I want to see them live, but I'm never going to like the support they choose.

+1
But the good news is that they're touring with Iwrestledabearonce, so now's your chance! (and if you don't like them you can marvel in the hotness projecting from the lead singer as she ****s your earpussies with no remorse.)
Fucking love this band and the new song, super-stoked for the release.
Duuuuude, no way! So pumped. I don't really get why they chose those bands to support them, they're so different. Still though, As I lay Dying is awesome, and hopefully I'll make it to the Chicago show. I'm curious to see how those Judas Priest covers are gonna be.
Went to see them last year on the Cool Tour with Underoath. DAMNED good show. My neck was sore the day after, if that tells you anything. Even if you don't like the openers, its still worth whatever you payed for the ticket(s) just to see AILD and skip the rest.
I wish they would come here. I would really love to see As I Lay Dying and Sylosis live. The others, I can't say I've heard anything by them, so I don't know..
Glad they're still making great music. Regardless of whether its ur style or not, u gotta admit they stick by their guns. They keep putting out what they like, and not wat others want. and i give em props for that. Glad they went out of their way to give us a 10th anniversary cd before their next full release.
It's too bad As I Lay Dying, Of Mice and Men, The Ghost Inside, and iwrestledabearonce are on this tour. I'd love to see Sylosis live, but I never like the headliners that pick them.

I can understand not wanting to see Of Mice and Men and iwabo, and sorta AILD. But dude, TGI puts on an INSANE live show.

"hotness", sorry, but not all of us are 15 and still think wannabe scene kids are hot. Some of us actually like good looking women.
But hey. I guess commercial -core crap does tend to attract younger people with bad taste.

As I Lay Dying should drop clean vocals to less than 5 songs per album. Josh just isn't that great of a singer, and tends to sound like Brandon from Atreyu, and there's a reason Atreyu disappeared from the scene.
