Audiovent Disband

Benjamin Einziger of Audiovent announced last week via the band's message board that the group had split. Here is his message:

"After 12 years of playing music together, we've now decided to part ways. We've kept all our friendships in tact, which I think is the most important thing, and are now interested in pursueing other creative endeavors. Thank you all so much for all the support you've showed us over the years. Just so you know, the music will not stop here. I'm in the process of putting together a new project that I think will be amazing. So you'll definately be hearing from me sometime in the near future. Again, we can't tell you how much we've appreciated you over the years."

Glad to see the dumbass of a lead singer get dropped. I saw them open for Bush about 2 years ago. He swung the microphone around and clocked him in the face with it. He doesn't deserve to front a band.
