Avril Appearances

Avril will be appearing and performing on the FOX special "Fashion Rocks" show on September 8th, in New York city. She will be peforming "Nobody's Home",along with her own orchestra behind her. She will also be performing the classic "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" along with Cyndi Lauper. She will be introduced by buddy Marilyn Manson. The event will be televised on FOX on September 26th.

Other Avril TV appearances include: David Letterman on Sep.09, Performing at the World Music Awards on Sep.15, and on Good Morning America on Nov.9th. You can also see Avril in one of the Olympic commercials. She's also featured in the Olympic CD that's out now.

Avril's also in this month's Blender magazine, and will be on the cover of the mid-september issue of Maxim magazine. Will she pull a Michelle Branch or will she have integrity like Meg White?

heh im a big fan of michelle branch, when she did maxim, so many people thought she sold out and stuff, it was a buncha bullcrap if u ask me, im not too much of a fan of avril but shes still cool, most chicks who play the guitar kick ass

"let go" sold 15 million in 1 and a half years- under my skin has sold 5 million in just over 2 months...it's going at a good pace.
