B-Real Discusses Sublime Reunion

Cypress Hill's B-Real spoke out recently about the upcoming Sublime reunion at his upcoming Smokeout Festival.

He addresses concerns about the group performing under the Sublime name given the 1996 death of frontman Bradley Nowell. Click here for the video.

Smokeout, which intends to raise awareness about the cannabis counter-culture, will be held October 23 and 24 at the San Manuel Amphitheatre in San Bernardino, California.

The event will feature Pennywise and Bad Brains along with a number of hip hop and metal acts.

Totally agree with B-Real. No one ever thought that Bon Scott could have been replaced and then they produced arguably their best work with Back in Black. I don't see why it can't be the same with sublime. Even if the material isn't that great at least we'll get to see the old songs performed live. Moreover, I've seen this guy on youtube and I think he does a great job. Just hope they come to Australia sometime.

Has anyone ever heard of Rhandy Rhoads? Ozzy DID quit the business after he died, it took a few guitar players mind you but, he did eventually find Zakk Wylde so, it's a crapshoot. I mean they might rock, they might not but, who knows maybe Brad would've wanted that? It's hard to say.
