Could Powderfinger's Guitar Picks Become The Most Collectible In Rock History?

Over the last decade, Powderfinger have become one of Australia’s best loved and most iconic rock acts. In the wake of completing their last album, Golden Rule, which the band felt represented the last word on their musical statement, the band has announced their untimely disbanding, but not before one last triumphant lap around the country to bid fans farewell. With the band preparing to go out with a bang, the tour is poised to be their best to date.

These guitar picks for the appropriately named "Sunsets" Farewell Tour are being produced in limited numbers by Adelaide based company Grover Allman who have produced custom picks for major acts ranging from Motley Crue to Miley Cyrus. The picks have been commissioned by Powderfinger to commemorate what will likely be their final ever tour.

Time will tell of course, but it’s going to be a very select number of fans who actually get their hands on these "money can’t buy" mementos, sure to become collectors items in the near future.

For more information, or to get your own custom printed guitar picks you can contact Grover Allman through their website GroverAllman.com.
