It would seem that, while working on his new "Sound City" documentary, Dave Grohl has gotten a taste for filmmaking. So much so, that Grohl is currently directing the new video for reunited grunge rockers Soundgarden. Filming began yesterday (December 18th) on a clip for By Crooked Steps, taken from the band's new album "King Animal".
Chris Cornell has posted photographs from the video set on twitter, which have revealed "Sons Of Anarchy" undertones including biker jackets, tattooed bar maids and Matt Cameron in a motorcycle helmet.
The band performed the song on Jimmy Kimmel back in November of this year, and has also released a minute long commentary of the song via Youtube.

Dave Grohl is no stranger to directing music videos. The clip for the Foo Fighters' 2011 single "Rope" was directed by Grohl and shot entirely on VHS.
