Hatebreed At The Top Of The DVD Charts

Connecticut based hardcore-metallers Hatebreed have shot to the number one spot on the Billboard DVD Music Chart with their first ever DVD, "Live Dominance."

Frontman Jamey Jasta states: "Hatebreed fans are #1. They have helped us do something very cool and we are extremely grateful for this. Our supporters are as diehard as they come.”

Bassist Chris Beattie adds: “Having the #1 DVD in the country is a great sense of accomplishment knowing how hard we have worked this year. This shows that Metal and Hardcore are still alive and well. Thanks to all our fans for your support."

Amazing. No one has anything to say about the band with the #1 DVD in the country. They aren't that good; their songs don't get across much lyrically and the singer has an annoying voice. I didn't get into their performance at all when I saw them at sounds of the underground a year and a half ago. And that was at waverly sanitarium; if a metal band fails to sound cool in that inherently awesome setting, something is wrong :P

hatebreed is awesome so i dont know what the hell youre talking about. extremely powerful and positive lyrics and catchy riffs.

the lyrics get across more positively than lyrics talking about your father raping you in half the songs. cough korn.
