Ex-Creed frontman Scott Stapp is being sued by a former business associate for failing to repay $60,000 he borrowed to pay Beverly Hills, California, doctor David Kipper ? known for his controversial rehab techniques ? for services rendered in 2002. The doctor developed a bad reputation earlier this year when Ozzy Osbourne filed a complaint with the Medical Board of California, claiming that Kipper over-prescribed addictive antipsychotics and tranquilizers.

For the next 7 days (beginning Sept 14), you can pre-order Sum 41 album Chuck at Tower.com and get a free limited edition 7" vinyl for "We're All To Blame".
