What an idiot, I hated his fake 70's glam metal band foolishness. What angered me the most was that in the videos, you saw him singing the falsetto vocals, and then, during the big guitar solo,....it was him again!

Yeah, all those classic rock bands whose lead singers play lead guitar. What a joke. I hope this guy dissapears.

Dude, chill out, Its refreshing when you hear bands and artists who dont take themselves too seriously, and if you dont like them then just leave them to it and let them entertain people. I gotta warn you, the type of people who normally get wound up by bands with a sense of humour are usually MCR fans, and you dont want to sound like one of them.

I don't know what some of your guys' deals are. I really loved the darkness. I'm sure if you like good music and you listened to one of their albums you'd like a few songs. Chill. They opened a door for me to listen to older rock when I was in high school.

I've heard the stone gods are good but owning them and hot leg(s) will probably feed my hunger for the darkness. haha i saw a few months ago that justin was working on some project called 'the english whale' or something like that. I couldn't find their songs on itunes but their video was. You guys should check it out I remember it being pretty good and kinda hilarious.

Seriously, The Darkness should just get back together. I wasn't aware of any animosity between the members.

They were a great band. They were fun, but they were never a joke band; in fact some of their second album is really touching. More than anything, it was the indie boy music media that killed them off, because they'd achieved success without them, by simply writing great songs. I think that's really sad.

No one cares about these side projects; it is time for a reunion.

I've heard their song "Heroes" which isn't bad, if you loved the fun, sillyness that he showed in the Darkness, you'll probably love this aswell, but I have to say it didn't grab me by the balls the same way that the first minute fourteen preview of Stone Gods' Burn the Witch did.

Both Stone Gods and Hot Leg kick major arse.

Justin has an absolutely amazing voice and is a hell of a guitarist, so its great to hear his great music again. If you haven't all ready heard "Heroes" I'd highly recomend a listen.

And Stone Gods are blooy excelent too, but in a different way. Id like to say they're more serious... but they're not lol, they have their silly moments too, and do a ****ing great job with it.

If you loved the Darknes, try Hot Leg... If you hated the Darkness, try Stone Gods. There we go, everyone can be happy!

I completly agree, I thought he left to get sober, and now that he is, why not just rejoin the Darkness? They were incredible, at least on their first album.

Stone Gods are certainly not where The Darkness continue and Justin wasn't alone in the darkness.
Stone Gods have already come out and said there music is not meant to be reminicent if Darkness and they don't want it to be it's a whole new band with all new music

The Darkness were my favourite band and got me into guitar oriented/heavier music.
I'd love for them to get back together, but Justin has said he's not going to do it because it'll be too tempting for him to get back into a downward spiral.

Oh and by the way
Hot Leg > Stone Gods

But i personally can't stand the darkness, i think its self-indulgent glam rock that was outdated when it came out, let alone now. It's the musical equivalent of shouting "Quick, everyone, look at me!Look at me!"
I'm not expecting a lot else from Hot Leg(s), but i am prepared to be proven wrong if its actually a band that writes slightly more understated/complex/not self indulgent songs. Not going to hold my breath though.
