Kings Of Leon were so angered by the dull crowd at the Reading Festival, that frontman Caleb Followill gave foul-mouth abuse to the audience.
The band were headlining the event on Friday night (28th August), during which their performance was affected by sound problems say reports - as well as cold weather.
Frustrated by the boring reception,
Caleb could be heard saying to audience members: "
We know you're sick of Kings of Leon. We're f***ing sick of Kings of Leon too. But we get up here every night and I thank God for everything I've had."
"So for all those who don't give a f**k about us, I understand. But we've worked hard to be here. We're the goddamn Kings of Leon, so f*** you."
Reports say Caleb and brother Jared Followill then smashed up their guitars before quitting the stage.
Still angered by the set, Followill later wrote on his Twitter page: "Reading? What the f***? Zero love for the kings. I know it was cold but holy s***, y'all were frozen. I can only hope Leeds is in better form."
Thanks for the report to Angryape.com.
And also their stage presence really isn't that great.
