Yoko Ono has finally given persmission for Lennon's solo work to be made available on iTunes. We've got all the details of how you can get your hands on it right here.
All sixteen of Lennon's solo works from EMI Music will be available to buy from Apple's music store for the very first time starting from August 14.
The catalogue includes the '
Lennon Legend' and '
Acoustic' collections which make their worldwide debut, as well as exclusive video footage included with '
John Lennon/ Plastic Ono Band', '
Sometime In New York City', '
Walls And Bridges', '
Milk And Honey', '
Anthology' and '
Working Class Hero' for a limited period of 30 days only.
Yoko Ono told Apple "John would have loved the fact that his music will now be available in a format suited to a new generation of listeners" and no doubt would be please that his missus would continue to rake it in.
