Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst Gets Married

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has got married.

The 'Rollin' singer wed Esther Nazarov last week in a Las Vegas ceremony where they exchanged diamond and platinum wedding rings.

Fred wrote on his Twitter blog: "Cheers to the universe from me and my lovely wife Esther Durst! We are now one and complete."

After their ceremony, the newlyweds celebrated with a meal at the city's Prime Steakhousebefore watching a performance of Cirque de Soleil's 'O' show. The couple also reportedly went backstage to meet the cast after the performance.

Also during their visit to the US gambling capital, Limp Bizkit took to the stage to play their first show in eight years. The concert took place at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palm Casino Resort on Saturday (18.07.09).

During the show Fred, 38, gave a number of shout outs to his new wife, as well as introducing them to the crowd.

Posting on his Twitter blog again yesterday (19.07.09), he wrote: "Life is so much better knowing I have a wonderful wife and family. I love being married and I am the luckiest man alive to be so in love."

Fred announced his engagement to Esther via Twitter in April.

At the time, he posted: "Great news - I'm getting married to Esther in July. I am the happiest man alive! I'm so excited for our wedding! I've never known true love until now. It's on! Break out the bubbly!"

Great, I know this great man and leviathon of the music industry will not be kept under the thumb by this woman of his. It can only serve to improve his song writing greatness and take him onto another level populated only by God and David Bowie. I think that Fred is a very misunderstood character, and a deeper exploration of his lyrics indicate that he is a troubled man. Troubled by flaws in the world around him, and more importantly in himself. Perhaps this wife will offer him another blank canvas upon which me may discover more flaws to tell the world about through the medium of his wonder band. Super.
