Marco Sfogli: Solo Debut Details Revealed

According to Blabbermouth.net, Italian guitarist Marco Sfogli, who played on Dream Theater vocalist James LaBrie's "Elements of Persuasion" album in 2005, will release his solo debut, "There's Hope", on February 15 via Lion Music. According to a press release, the CD contains "11 tracks with a mix of influences Marco has absorbed since he took up the guitar at age 9."

Commented Marco, "There are plenty of shred records out there and sounds like many guitarists are losing the melodic component. My goal was to make it very melodic with the right amount of fire!"
