My Chemical Romance have retained the top spot on the UK singles chart for a second week (October 22) with "Welcome To The Black Parade".
The band managed to keep Razorlight at bay again as they stick at two.
There is little change on the album chart where The Killers hold onto the top place for a third week with "Sam's Town".
Scissor Sisters remain in second place. There are no new entries on the top 10 album charts.
