Stephen Morris would not say “no” when questioned by a fan about the possibility of a New Order reunion.
Morris was at the London launch of the new Joy Division box set +- this weekand, when asked if he and Bernard Sumner could ever work with Peter Hook again, said, “New Order could play a gig together again.”
During a discussion, Morris talked about Joy Division’s early days in Manchester. "
No-one in Manchester liked us,” he said. “
We had a massive chip on our shoulder and that made us want to be really good.”
Morris remastered the tracks for the box set which were chosen by author John Savage.
