'Rock Band Unplugged': Track Listing Revealed

"Rock Band Unplugged", the handheld version of the popular rhythm game, has announced the full track listing.

The game will include music from AFI, All-American Rejects, Billy Idol, Blink 182, Dead Kennedys, Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World, Modest Mouse, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Social Distortion, System Of A Down, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Offspring, The Police, The Who, Weezer and many others.

The track listing will be as follows:

If anybody here has played Amplitude, Rock Band Unplugged is basically like that game, for the PSP, and with four gems instead of three.

As such, there are no plastic instruments, no karaoke style singing, no beating on foam pads. All you elitists can stop your bitching about "lern2playreeltar, kthxbai", since there's no fake guitars, and ignore the game if you want.

Personally, it looks fun.

I thought this meant acoustic. I don't even know how GH could do an acoustic game. The controlller doesn't lend itself to chords. Well, arpeggiated chords maybe.

Guys!!! The term "Unplugged" in this case refers to the fact that it's on the PSP, and therefore you can play Rock Band wherever you want to i.e. not plugged in like a home console.

'Unplugged' for this game's title DOES NOT mean they are the acoustic versions of the songs. They are all the standard versions of these songs.

And yes I know it is stupid for the game developers to put "Unplugged" in the title ...

This is truly awful.

I love Guitar Hero and Rock Band. They got me into music. Got me playing real guitar. I owe those games a lot. But this is just a massive let down.

Guitar Hero went wayward in III, and Rock Band is doing it here. This is a massive cheap cash in - there's only 8 new songs, and the game doesn't resemble any kind of GH/RB gameplay.

At least the DS version of Guitar Hero had, y'know, a lil' version of the fretboard. >:/

Ur right man...with a title like that its no wonder people would think its an Acoustic game..i did at first, then i seen the setlist and some songs would be rediculous to play acoustic (Ace of Spades)...good call dude

It's supposed to be more like Amplitude, which (from what i hear) was an amazing game. I think it would be a good move, so that it pleases RB fans who don't have 360's and PS3's as well as people who loved Amplitude

they just took the track lists from GH 3 and WT, added a few extra songs, stuck it on a psp and called it rock band. but i always like guitar hero over rockband anyway
