Soundgarden Explain Story Behind 'Been Away Too Long'
Soundgarden recently released the highly anticipated first single "Been Away Too Long" off their forthcoming "King Animal" album.

Co-produced by the band along with Adam Kasper (Foo Fighters, Nirvana) and mixed by Joe Barresi (Queens of the Stone Age, Tool), "King Animal" is Soundgarden's first new studio album in over 15 years and will hit stores on Nov. 13.

In this Noisecreep video, we watch Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell and drummer Matt Cameron break down the story behind "Been Away Too Long", the first track on the "King Animal" album. There's also some cool live footage featured in the clip.

Soundgarden will release "King Animal" on Nov. 13 via Seven Four Entertainment and Republic Records. The album can be pre-ordered at this link.
