The Jesus Lizard Reunion

According to a Pitchfork report, legendary noise/hardcore/punk act The Jesus Lizard will be reuniting in 2009.

The classic lineup of David Yow, Duane Denison, David Wm. Sims, and Mac McNeilly will hit the road on what the band's label is calling a "fleeting reunion."

In May of 2009, the band's first four albums, "Goat", "Liar", "Head" and "Down" will be reissued on CD and vinyl and are currently undergoing remastering by Bob Weston.

The engineer responsible for the original releases - Steve Albini - is supervising the remastering process.
