The event will take place on October 31, 2012, and will be hosted by Eddie Trunk. The Dio Disciples, an all-star group comprised of former members of Dio, with Tim "Ripper" Owens (ex-Judas Priest) and Toby Jepsen (Little Angels) on vocals, are booked to perform. Other musical acts have yet to be announced. Cirque Berzerk, which calls itself a "phantasmagoric spectacle", will also provide entertainment. The gala will feature a full hosted bar and various food stations. And given that it is taking place on Halloween, there will also be a costume contest. Ticket packages range from $200 to $12,000.
