5-year-old Avery Molek proved there could still be something cute about Kiss when he performed a drum tribute in full Peter Criss makeup.
The young drummer, as seen in the clip below, blasts through a set of 20 Kiss songs after introducing himself with "thank you Kiss, here's my tribute to you". According to his website, he has been drumming since he was 2, and the only thing he loves more than rocking a drum kit is listening to Kiss.
Molek plays one song from every studio album, including "Killers" and "Smashes, Thrashes And Hits" but not "Carnival Of Souls" as spotted by Ultimate Classic Rock.
Even better is that the young man is darn good at what he does. Sure, it might be a few years before he perfects his groove, but he makes every beat and tears out more than a few great fills. Just think how good he will be when he is 10. A prodigy in the making?
Check out Avery's awesome little video right here. We bet it's not long before members of the band recognise his talent.

I feel like it's amazing to see a young child play music like this but it makes me sad to think that he will never have a chance to break through in today's music industry despite his talent.
From a certain point of view, this kind of news is depressing. It reminds me of this little boy who played Ozzy and RATM's material with a band of his age... Kids liking rock music and playing it are so freaking rare that they are mentioned in the NEWS !!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyUOY-lBopE This is Andreas Varady, he had a feature in Guitar Player I'm pretty sure. He's playing John Coltrane's Giant Steps and laying down an absolutely killer solo. The kid's 13-15 now, but there are some video's floating around of him at a younger age, and also high quality stuff from jazz festivals. Incredible.

Maybe kids that are 5... kids can't even typically read when they are 5. To learn an instrument by that time is pretty crazy imo.
