According to Blabbermouth.net, "Big Foot", the new video from Chickenfoot - the hard rock supergroup featuring Sammy Hagar, Joe Satriani, Michael Anthony and Chad Smith - can be seen below.
Chickenfoot has made it official: veteran drummer Kenny Aronoff will sit behind the kit on the road while Chad Smith tours with his main band, the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Smith handed off the sticks to Aronoff in a YouTube video, but emphasized that the change is only temporary by saying, "Listen, I'm living out back. Things are rough; I've got bills to pay. I've got to go to work. I've got my day job to go to. But only for a little bit - I'll be back. In the meantime a great buddy of mine, Kenny Aronoff, is going to come play the drums. He's going to tear it up. He's awesome: you're going to have a great time, so make sure you go out and see the FOOT."
Aronoff replies in the clip, "Chad, I'm going to kick a-s for Chickenfoot, man. I'm going to do a kick-a-s job for you and the band."
Singer Sammy Hagar told The Pulse Of Radio that the band tried out several drummers before realizing Aronoff was the man for the job. "We said, 'Chad, come on now, who are we gonna try?' We tried these great guys and they just - the chemistry wasn't there. No fire. And he said, 'Kenny, man!' And so... he was great. He really solid, man. And he's got fire. And he's goofy, he's quirky, so."
Aronoff has been one of the music industry's most in-demand drummers for years, and has played for artists like John Mellencamp, Bob Seger, Elton John, John Fogerty, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Meat Loaf, The Smashing Pumpkins, Tony Iommi, Jon Bon Jovi and many more.
Chickenfoot's sophomore album, "Chickenfoot III", hits stores on September 27 and the band may go out on tour in November.
In addition to Hagar and Smith, Chickenfoot features guitarist Joe Satriani and Hagar's fellow ex-Van Halen member, bassist Michael Anthony.
They have said that this album very different from their first album. They've also said that this track sounds closer to their first album than the rest of the songs on their new album.
So why do they release a single (that's not very good) that doesn't represent the different direction this album supposedly takes?

Your opinion...
Secondly, marketing...you want to bring the current fans in before you take them in a new direction. Basic marketing, you build from your base, not attempt to start a new base.
Woah, the first time UG did a headline about a new music video that i can actually watch from germany
It's funny to see Satch and the drummer in the same shot, they look similar with their bald heads and sunglasses. Also the ending is great. Cool song. Nothing special, but one of the few "supergroups" that is worth listening too.
Love the foot. But does anyone else feel that Buckethead should be here?
I'd rather Buckethead than Satriani, but neither one makes very good music on their own.
Buckethead should have stuck with GNR. It was the coolest thing I've seen him do.
Meh, Enter The Chicken and anything with Praxis is miles ahead of anything Buckethead did with GN'R, although, Chinese Democracy was a pretty awesome album, imo.
OT: I think the guitars should have more, "oomph" if you know what I mean, but it's a nice track.
