The "Glee" cast have paid tribute to Alice Cooper with a cover of "School's Out". You can decide whether they do the song justice in the clip below.
Other songs to be given the "Glee" auto-tune treatment this season include Bob Dylan's "Forever Young", Green Day's "Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)", Queen's "We Are The Champions" and Bruce Springsteen's "Glory Days".
The episode aired last night on Fox, and featured guest appearances from Whoopi Goldberg and NeNe Leakes.
Meanwhile, Alice Cooper has recently been the victim of theft with his archives being ransacked. A police report said that thieves stole original vinyl records, a jacket, and the sculpture which featured on the cover of his "Hey Stoopid" album.
But it's not all bad news in the Cooper camp. Last month, he received a Doctor of Music honor at the Musician's Institute in Los Angeles. In his commencement speech, nuggets of wisdom from the classic rock star included: "If you're going to be in this business, don't be afraid to go out on that limb as far as you can," and "If you succeed you become a genius, if you fail you become an idiot. You can always start again."
So.. is UG going to make an article about EVERY song Glee plans to destroy?
And it's also bothersome that Dave Grohl has been the only artist to tell Glee "Fuck off, your not murdering my song"
Last year both Slash and the Kings of Leon stood up to Glee saying that they can't use their music on the show. Slash even said that Glee was worse than Grease.
Who the **** cares what the hell Glee cover? The show is a parody of Disney shit like High School Musical so who the hell cares what songs they do... It's not to be taken seriously.
Glee is to music what cancer is to health. 99% of the viewers of this stinking pile of waste is female (the ones who keep Bon Jovi employed)
and gays. Glee and its ilk is why the human race has no future.
I have never even seen one minute of this show. However, I can't decide whether it's a good thing that this show decides to cover some epic rock songs or not.
I mean, could it be better that a younger generation is being exposed to these songs rather than all the Lady Gaga and Rihanna crap that's out there today
Wow, this is the first time Glee hasn't TOTALLY ruined a song.
I wouldn't listen to this, but Jesus, at least they didn't butcher it. Could be much, much worse.

And gays? You're quite the ignorant, offensive one aren't you?

Damn those gays, stealing are jobs, are WOMEN! Oh wait, that's the Mexicans and Indians and Chinese!
It's all those damn liberals fault!
Everyone but 'MerICA sucks! Dey took ar jerbs!
/sarcasm
While I personally dislike Glee and it's watered down and commercialized counterparts, I won't go as far as saying that it's the doom of humanity. There are far more sinister things in the world today than a pop candy TV show meant for entertainment purposes.
Does the show in anyway add to arts and music world? No. Does it ruin anything? Well the originals still exist and you can just ignore it.
Why would Alice Cooper let this happen? Couldn't bring myself to watch it. Heard Van Halen - hot for teacher on glee and it was terrible. Filled with auto-tune. Please Glee keep your shitness out of rock n roll.

Actually, you and your ilk are the last obstacle humanity ever will have. You don't have to like Glee - I sure as hell don't; but don't condescend, and certainly do not attack the gay community.
Every song on there was allowed by the artists, so chill and keep an open mind.
