According to Blabbermouth.net, "Sanctuary", a brand new song from Korn, can be streamed in the YouTube clip below. The track comes off the band's tenth studio album, "The Path Of Totality", which will be released on December 6 via Roadrunner Records.
"The Path Of Totality" is an experimental album which finds Korn shifting gears and exploring new territory. That should hardly come as a shock to the band's diehard fans, as Korn exploded onto the scene in the'90s and established themselves as hard rock game-changers from that point on.
For "The Path Of Totality", the band collaborated with some of the leading dubstep and electronic producers in the world, including Skrillex, Excision, Datsik, Noisia, Kill The Noise, and 12th Planet. The result is something completely new, yet utterly and definitively Korn. Leave it to a band like Korn to continue to reinvent itself two decades deep into its career.
"The title 'The Path Of Totality' refers to the fact that in order to see the sun in a full solar eclipse, you must be in the exact right place in the exact right time," KORN frontman Jonathan Davis explained. "That's how this album came together. I think all the producers feel the same way. I'm not sure it could ever happen again".
The band's recent (and much lauded) collaboration with dubstep's hottest producer, Skrillex, titled "Get Up!", was the surprise rock hit of the summer, the buzz of which started in Coachella's dance tent in April 2011, when Jonathan and Munky joined Skrillex on stage for a show stealing unannounced performance of the song.
Adds James "Munky" Shaffer, "'Get Up!' started as a bit of an experiment, but we had such an amazing response from our fans and had such a great time collaborating that a full album of tracks came together in a couple of months. We couldn't wait to get to the studio every day to finish the next song."
"The Path Of Totality" track listing:
01. Chaos Lives In Everything 02. Kill Mercy Within 03. My Wall 04. Narcisstic Cannibal 05. Illuminati 06. Burn The Obedient 07. Sanctuary 08. Let's Go 09. Get Up! 10. Way Too Far 11. Bleeding Out
The album will be released in two configurations: as a standard 11-song CD and a special edition CD that will include bonus tracks as well as a DVD of "The Encounter", a full-length video concert of Korn's mind-blowing, once-in-a-lifetime performance in the middle of a 900-foot-long crop circle in a wheat field in Bakersfield. The complete concert, previously seen last year on TV and online in an abbreviated form, will be offered in its entirety to those who purchase the deluxe version.

No...just No.
Also I haven't been too disappointed in their new album. I'm not a big Korn fan but I think that their new album wont be too bad, definitely better than some other old bands after their heyday trying to relive their glory days.
I like the other songs that have been released for this album, but I don't really care for this one in particular.

I'd rather bands play their older material (if it's better than their new) than them try to feed their new fans music the band knows isn't welcome to their fans.
I've never been a fan of Korn's music, but I have been pretty impressed by their new stuff. This song is the weakest I've heard so far though.
I like that they are trying to do something new here - there is nothing worse than a band or artist making music that they think their fans will like and expect to hear (ala Bon Jovi), just going through the motions and not pushing themselves artistically into new directions. Who wants to hear the same dirge over and over?
If they stuck with having the dubstep elements compliment their guitar-driven sound, like how "Get Up" was, they could really be on to something for this album.
I really enjoy this, not as much as the other 2 tracks but it's still pretty good, ok I want a full listen first but if like 80% is good then I'll buy it.
Not as intense as the other two songs, but I'm fairly certain I'll be getting this album. These songs are, so far, the only reason I listen to dubstep. I'd love to make a guitar album like this myself.
Where are the head crushin' guitar riffs? the low slappin' bass lines? I saw KoRn live last summer and they were awesome i got to head bang to some of my favourite music. this is just baffling me they've almost literally taken a ninety degree turn i hope its not permanent.

Go back to issues and listen, they have many slow songs. Not too dissimilar to this without as many effects. Korn have always tried to add those little things into the music to give an ambiance in their music that not many other bands can do. I like this song.
love korn.. but the last album cycle for the album KORN 3 Remember who u are JD was goin on n on about how the band needed to get back to there roots n create something towards life is peachy.. which they did.. n then do a complete 360 n create an entire dub step album.. with the worst title ever.. The Path Of Totality.. what the ****?? i sreiously love korn but **** choose a musical direction n ****ing stick to it!!
