Lamb Of God fans that can’t wait until February 24 for the band’s release of their latest album, "Wrath", can now check it out in its entirety on the band’s MySpace page.
Drummer Chris Adler spoke with Rolling Stone about the album and what they learned from their previous effort, 2006’s "Sacrament". "We were learning more about what we would do differently next time than about what we could do with that record," he said. "The goal for me this time was to make a straight-up, heavy metal, thrash record that doesn’t rely on any studio magic."
Later in the interview,
Adler discusses the closing track on the album, "
Reclamation", which is the longest song in the band’s history. "
It’s about how we’re destroying ourselves and the world around us, and that sooner or later, the tipping point will be reached," he says. "
The message in that song is just so great that it was really important to have that on the record."
"Wrath" will hit store shelves on February 24 but you can check out their new video here.
