Devon-boys Muse were, last night (September 8), the latest to fall foul from the internet as their forthcoming fifth studio album "The Resistance" has been leaked in its entirety onto various download websites.
Individual songs have been appearing on YouTube. The album, which has been over a year in the making, has an official European release date of September 14th, and US release date of September 15th.
The band had planned to use the internet to drip detailed descriptions about what fans could expect from their new work - just not quite in this capacity.
Their return gig in home town Teignmouth last week proved hugely successful and has left fans eagerly awaiting what's to come, perhaps too eager judging by this latest revelation.
Muse will shortly embark on a two-month worldwide tour for the album.
