Porcupine Tree Premiere Stunning New Vid

Porcupine Tree have premiered a stunning new film to accompany their song, ‘Bonnie The Cat.’

The film was created by Polish director Przemyslaw Vshebor, who previously worked with the band on their live film 'The Start of Something Beautiful' which appeared on the Arriving Somewhere DVD.

‘Bonnie The Cat’ is lifted from Porcupine Tree’s 2009 album The Incident.

Porcupine Tree play a show at the Royal Albert Hall on 14 October which will be the culmination of their touring of The Incident in this country.

The band have also just released a brand new live DVD called Anesthetize and a charity download only live album called Atlanta.

The concept of the video is great... but it lacks rythm. The song is sooo heavy and powerful... But the images are all slow and don't go along with the song. Everything should be faster and be more tight.

That was definately my first thought while watching the video. His video for The Start Of Something Beautiful was excellent, but it just didn't work on this song. Quality piece of music though.

It's a great video, but it really bugs me when a band labels a music video as a "short film". Either all music videos are "short films" or all short films made for specific songs are "music videos".

Cool one, but I still prefer kids with gns aiming to the camera in Fear of a Blank Planet video...
