Last summer, Trivium released "In Waves", the Florida group's fifth studio album. Chockfull of fiery vocals, shredtastic guitar work and some of the finest songwriting of the band's career, the record is a must-have for any fan of no-nonsense heavy metal.
Trivium have been spending a lot of time on their tour bus since unleashing "In Waves" back in August, and they'll continue to in 2012. Starting on March 9, the quartet will join Asking Alexandria, Dir En Grey, I See Stars, Motionless In White and The Amity Affliction, on The Still Reckless Tour, which will crisscross the United States.
Now, we proudly bring you the premiere of Trivium's official lyric video for "Black". The track comes of of "In Waves".

What an awesome song. I can remember when these guys were trying so hard to be Metallica; it's nice to see them come into their own, and what a perfect blend of heaviness and melody. Will buy this album.
I love Trivium, but their lyrics are an iffy area for me. They are great heavy metal poetry but they just seem too weird to be song lyrics. It doesn't ever take away from my enjoying of the song, like BFMV's lyrics do, but they just seem strange.
Love this album, and this is my favourite song on it. It's just a shame that Trivium is one of those bands that people will hate on no matter what they do
people who go to the tour should arrive late and not waste their time watching generic hardcore bands before seeing the amazing epicness that is Trivium.
album was alright. lots of songs though, and while theyre all mostly 3-4 minutes, man youre gonna feel tired by the end, and not in a good way. will say this black was one of the good ones.
