Having already been tipped across the board for great things in 2007, new British indie-rock sensations Air Traffic return to the road for their biggest UK tour to date throughout February, including a three night residency at London's Barfly venue and an NME Awards show at KOKO on Feb 15th (as special guests to The Spinto Band).
2006 ended on a high with the band performing 2 songs live on Later with Jools Holland whilst their first two single releases '
Just Abuse Me' & '
Never Even Told Me Her Name' saw the band championed by the likes of Zane Lowe, Steve Lamacq & Jo Whiley, tipped by NME, the BBC and a broad range of the press from The Sun to The Fly, The Sunday Times to More Magazine. The band has spent much of the summer holed up recording their highly anticipated debut album at Rockfield studios in Wales and are now back in the studio putting the final touches to the set which is due for release this summer. Fans will get the first taste of these majestic songs across these dates.
The band release a new single 'Charlotte' on March 26th that explodes through your speakers in a breathtaking burst of addictive anthemic rock just short of three minutes that will leave you gasping for more.
