Down To Earth Approach have announced a headlining tour in support of it’s recently released album, Come Back To You (Vagrant, 7/10/07). The 3-week tour will bring the Batavia, NY quintet through sixteen cities, supported by Damiera and Treaty Of Paris on select dates.
Down To Earth Approach took to the road in May, playing their first show in five months at New York City’s Knitting Factory, in anticipation of their latest release. The band had been playing plenty of new tunes on their outing with Paulson, followed by their tour with The Forecast, but this is the Dtea’s first tour since the album hit stores earlier this month.

Come Back To You is the band’s follow up to their 2004 debut, Another Intervention. The new album was produced by Mike Watts and Steven Haigler (As Tall As Lion, The Junior Varsity, Hopesfall) at Vudu Studios in Long Island, NY, and is full of buoyant melodies, anthemic choruses and soaring vocals. Alternative Press commented “DTEA have the chops - and most importantly, the heart - to make these songs succeed.” Drew Glackin of The Silos makes a guest appearance on lap steel, as well as Say Anything singer Max Bemis on guest vocals.
