There is little doubt in anyone’s minds that Suicide Silence are one of the frontrunners of the new wave of American metal, but make no mistake that this extreme juggernaut are not resting on their laurels and are about to take things up a notch with their highly anticipated sophomore release. The group enter the studio with acclaimed producer Machine (Lamb of God) this week and this new effort, No Time To Bleed, promises to make their debut offering seem like easy listening.

Mitch Lucker (vocals) states: "We’re all geared up to record our strongest effort to date. We’ve all grown quite a bit as musicians over the last few years. The last record was tracked in a live setting over a period of two weeks and this time around we’re looking forward to carefully crafting a record on an even larger scale with Machine’s services at the helm. This is going to be a huge step in the right direction for us."
A new video for the unrelenting track, "Unanswered," was recently completed by renowned director Jerry Clubb (As I Lay Dying, Unearth) and is composed of live footage from this past summer’s "Rockstar Energy Mayhem" tour. This clip proves just how truly intense and demanding their live performance is as they emerged as one of the fest’s breakthrough artists. This group has struck a nerve with fans across the country who are hungry for sheer, unrelenting aggression that pummels the listener with an unabashed mixture of brutality, precision and technicality.
