Winds Of Plague Post New Video

Winds Of Plague have launched an epic new video for the track, "Anthems Of Apocalypse," at Youtube.com. This video blends live audio/video from the group’s Dec. 20th show at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA with scenes from the movie "300." The project was filmed and edited by Mental Suplex Productions (As I Lay Dying, Unearth).

Johnny (vocals) further comments: "This video pretty much is the perfect representation of Winds Of Plague: an energetic live show meets the brutal killing fields of oversized monsters, demonic samurai warriors and buff killing machines. I really hope people enjoy this video as much as I do. This weekend we team back up with our new friends in Danzig to raise hell across the California southland. We are very excited to be invited and involved with the carnage to prepare for our upcoming North American headlining run on the Atticus Metal Tour. We have beefed up our set and are planning to unleash some new material on the tour, so come out and rage with us. We hope to see you all soon."

Winds Of Plague kick off 2009 with a much-anticipated co-headlining run with Emmure dubbed The Atticus Metal Tour, which is sponsored by Atticus Clothing in association with Hot Topic, Hails & Horns Magazine, Randall, Washburn and Direct Lines. I havent heard them, but Guitar World did an article on them and some other cool Deathcore bands, I should check them out.

wow, he's really serious about this video? it's semi-professional live footage/audio with footage from a big budget movie (that came out a year or two ago) thrown in! i'm not an expert in film making or anything, but that's really amatuer. i couldn't take it seriously, even if the song was good.

deathcore sucks!!! I despise breakdowns and the vocals and lyrics for this band are horrid. I am forced to listen to them since my roomate listens to them from time to time. I don't hear any redeeming qualities about this band, the symphonic elements don't even do anything for them.

Love the band. I think the music fits 300 perfectly. They seem like a pretty good live band.
