Women To Get Five Finger Discount

Five Finger Death Punch announced their Winter 2010 US headlining tour with a unique twist: the first 100 women to line up at each venue day of show will get in absolutely free. 5FDP’s Five Finger Discount Tour will run January 21 through February 20, 2010 with special guests Shadows Fall, Throwdown, and 2Cents.

Tickets go on sale this weekend, but there will be a special fan club presale and VIP packages available starting Tuesday December 8th at 3pm local. The VIP package consists of a ticket, meet and greet with the band, early entry to the GA show, special edition laminate, exclusively designed custom 5FDP guitar picks, special edition sticker, and signed poster all in one. 5FDP’s new album War Is the Answer debuted at #7 on the Billboard charts this fall, marking the band’s highest chart position to date. Along with the fact that the album is already over 120,000 units sold and growing, this fall’s Shock And Raw Tour was one of the most successful hard rock tours of the season. 5FDP plan to replicate that success, keeping the critically acclaimed Shadows Fall and exciting newcomers 2 Cents on the bill, while adding one of metal’s most exciting melodic bands, Throwdown, into the mix.

5FDP’s new single, “Walk Away,” is shooting up Alternative and Active Rock Radio charts and getting a very strong reaction nationwide. Their first single from WAR, “Hard To See” was another Top Ten Active Rock hit- proving 5FDP to be one of the most popular hard rock bands today.

If it's anything like the concerts here in fsking Utah thats a grand idea coz I'm tired of being pressed against a wall of sweaty guys. A few females would be nice at hardcore shows like this. Lamb of God KsE, and Devil Driver this summer was a total sausage fest, but fun....(?)

First of all, 5FDP is a phenomal...ly horrible band. I'm going to judge from the fact that they are only letting in the first 100 WOMEN for free, that the band members have a mainly one track mind. I've already come to this conclusion from their mind numbingly simple lyrics...

This band sucks, but more metal chicks are never a bad thing. Anyone stop to think that maybe the girls will also be more into the opening bands too? Just like men, women are equally entitled to form their own opinions, and think a free shadows fall show is awesome. Maybe sone of them will also be waiting at the merch booths, and you can strike up conversations with them on how lame five finger deathpunch are. Women are stupid. They just tend to not spend all their waking moments on guitar sites...perhaps some of the comments here are the reason why.
