Arctic Monkeys: Studio Update

Arctic Monkeys are set to hit the studio this week to begin the recording of their third album.

The band were set to head into the studio sometime over the summer, and it has been confirmed that they will now begin sessions this week.

They decided to bring the sessions forward after being inspired when they all met up at Glastonbury festival a few weeks ago (June 27-29).

According to The Sun, Alex Turner and co will spend two weeks in a Gloucestershire studio, which they have customised to their liking.

Arctic Monkeys are easily the best english band around. They sound very 70-ish with a modern touch, but not crappy moder pop that other such brit bands are.
i've heard they get hyped heaps tho, but out in Australia we hardly hear about them. Great band, both albums were great, but i would love another more raw one like the 1st, but im hardly complaining.
