Legendary Los Angeles punkers Bad Religion have planned to record a new album sometime before 2005 ends -- it is widely expected to be released in 2006, frontman Greg Graffin said recently. The record is the follow-up to last year's "The Empire Strikes First". However, the group has not said an another official word about the new album as of yet.
Greg Graffin and guitarist
Brett Gurewitz have written about 20 songs or more while touring behind with their previous album "
The Empire Strikes First". They have not stopped touring since last spring and until fall, which marks the last tour of their previous album.
Also during 2005, Bad Religion will release a live DVD, entitled "Live At The Palladium". It is due out sometime September, as Greg Graffin said in an interview for the famous Los Angeles, California modern rock station KROQ 106.7FM.
