Disturbed: 'Indestructible' Listening Party On UG Profiles

Ultimate-Guitar.com proudly presents Disturbed's brand new album, Indestructible.

This time out, the band self-produced the sessions and the results are mind-blowing. Featuring scorchers like "Deceiver" and lead off single, "Inside The Fire," the album is Disturbed's heaviest yet!

Join the UG listening party at the band's UG Profile and find out for yourself!

"This record is definitely a very ferocious record," singer David Draiman told The Pulse of Radio earlier in the year. "It has a lot of textures to it. It is certainly the darkest one that we've seen in quite some time. It's the darkest and heaviest since (debut album) 'The Sickness', there's no question about it. And it takes it past 'The Sickness' on a number of different levels."

The track listing for the effort is as follows:

01. "Indestructible"
02. "Inside The Fire"
03. "Deceiver"
04. "The Night"
05. "Perfect Insanity"
06. "Haunted"
07. "Enough"
08. "The Curse"
09. "Torn"
10. "Criminal"
11. "Divide"
12. "Facade"

"Inside The Fire", the first single from "Indestructible," is based on true events from David Draiman’s life. You can watch the clip for the song at Ultimate-Guitar.Tv. It is preceded by a warning by David on the video and song's subject matter, suicide.

this album is going to be so killer. i think perfect insanity would have been a better first single than inside the fire. they both kick ass though.

I got the album just now, and I must say that Ten Thousand Fists was way better when it came out, but I'll give this one a chance, even though the solos aren't as good as Donegan could have made them.
Best song on Indestuctable is The Night, killer chorus!! =D

Bad ass album, probably their best.

Wow, this is impressive! The best I have heard from Disturbed actually. "Enough" kicks ass!

The major flaw of this album, after listening through the whole thing, is the lyrics. They need a lot of work on that part, but melodies and riffs are nice!

The previous comment is creepy, but anyways, this album is decent. I like 10000 fists better, but I've only given this one listen so who knows. I do like the fact Dan is doing more solos.

The Nights a bad ass song

RageAgnstUrJaw :
On first listen...meh. I was really expecting a lot more from this album, but most every song seems to sound almost exactly the same. Maybe after a few more listens it will grab me a bit more, but as for now, it just seems a little too repetative, and there's no riff where I'm thinking "Holy sh*t that's so f*ckin badass".

Then why the hell are you commenting?

And what the hell is so nu-metal about this? Your lame genre-dubbing is the bane of UG's existence. Plus, seems like a lot of people like it. Including me.
First, since when do you have to like something to give your opinion on it?
Second, There are alot of different metal genres whether you like it or not... Iron Maiden is metal, but not the same as Disturbed, or Nile. Thus, genre-dubbing.

^ haha, that was hilarious. i like some of disturbeds stuff but the lyrics are pretty corny and thats kind of a turnoff to me, and as most people say, a lot of their songs sound the same. Like I said, I like some of their stuff, but im not TOO into them...

We are commenting because we have opinions just like you buddy. O and this album is ridiculously boring and generic, Disturbed once again fail to be innovative in anything concerning music.

They do. It is Disturbed and have not changed much. I like the CD but to me it is not any different than other Disturbed CDs. They do play solos in just about every song though. Dude is a really ass kickin guitar player.

Probably because we want to comprehend how someone can like a band that is fronted by a goat-singer who thinks stuttering is cool...

Oh and don't mean to double post or anything silly. But what the **** dude. Innovative is like the Beatles, or Jimmy Page using a violin bow. Not altering your typical song structure by throwing in a rubbish guitar solo on it.
I liked the Sickness better. This cd is uninspiring, and quite frankly it sucks

I like it! It rocks hard. But i do prefer the sickness

BrianApocalypse :
I liked the first song, it had a kind of rousing melodic refrain in it which is always fun. As it's been mentioned, the solo isn't really up to much.

I don't mind disturbed, as long as it's not that godawful "down with the sickness" which I hear 2-3 times EVERY time I go to a certain metal bar in the south of england.

First of all - nice artwork on the album! Can remember sickness t-shirts being worn everywhere, which didnt look so cool. Been listening disturbed since they came out. Believe and Fists were different n didnt like them as much but this album is growing on me more i listen to it. Songs i like are Haunted and The Curse. Think Indestructible and Inside the Fire are OK but not the best. Think this album has more great songs on it compared to the last two albums. Can you think of good songs that weren't singles on the other albums??? Have a good time all those going to see them this summer - my plans are Metallica, Rage, n Slipknot
