Eminem has revealed a preview of his new video for "Berzerk."
The track is the second track to be taken from the Detroit rapper's forthcoming "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" album, due for release in November. Eminem shared the minute long clip from the video during an appearance on US TV on Saturday night (September 7) as a guest on ESPN's Saturday Night Football.
Introducing the clip, which sees Eminem appear alongside producer Rick Rubin, the rapper told his hosts how a video tends to be a "Two day process, sometimes three" while it was announced that the song was headed "for the top of the charts" by announcer Brent Musburger. The video features cameo appearances by Kendrick Lamar, Rick Rubin and Slaughterhouse with another scene paying homage to Beastie Boys' "So What Cha Want" video. See the video below.
"The Marshall Mathers LP 2" will be Eminem's eighth studio album and features production from Rick Rubin, NO ID and Dr. Dre amongst others. The rapper revealed "Survival," the first track to be taken from the record, last month, whilst new single "Bezerk" was shared online in the aftermath of his headline performances at Reading & Leeds festivals.
Elsewhere on Saturday Night Football, Eminem said that "nothing" excites him about his forthcoming new album. Eminem responded to questions about the new record. Asked what he was most excited about with the album, he responded simply: "nothing." He then continued to explain: "I'll probably be most excited to just be done with it. It's called 'The Marshall Mathers LP 2' and it's kind of a revisit to the first 'Marshall Mathers LP.' That's pretty much all I can probably say about it."
"The Marshall Mathers LP 2" is set to be released on November 4.
