I haven't seen it yet but I just saw them in Indy last week and it was the best concert I've seen in my life, by far...and I've seen some good bands (Chili Peppers, Incubus, Smashing Pumpkins etc.) They played a similar set list too. I'll be picking it up fo sho.POSTED: 07/30/2008 - 12:13 pm / quote |

wait, they arent good enough for zep, but they are good enough for the beatles? what?! Led Zepplin grew up listening to the beatles. if it werent for the beatles, led zep never would have been a band. I am a huge zep fan, but the beatles helped start the genre.POSTED: 07/30/2008 - 03:30 pm / quote |

LMAO. First off, Dave Grohl is one of the most respected musicians today. Foo Fighters deserve every bit of this. Also, if you're going to make a statement bashing the Foo Fighters, at least show that you have some shred of intelligence by getting the Beatles right. Harrison was a guitarist / vocalist, Ringo was the drummer.POSTED: 07/30/2008 - 03:54 pm / quote |

It was a single, and it's a very emotional song, and it's fairly mainstream. A lot of people think it is one of their better songs. And you would too if you were at one of their gigs, because it ****ing owns live.POSTED: 07/30/2008 - 07:34 pm / quote |

yea, that prick, performing a song that he wrote and orgionally recorded on the "pocketwatch" cassette with the title "color pictures of a marigold" in 1990. So why don't you shut up bitching about him until you actually know who wrote the song?
I'm pissed off with the track listing for the DVD why the hell is there no "This is a Call" or "let it Die"?? Bloody ridiculous! I was at the second show and thought it was amazing, but they should capture it as a whole rather than just certain songs.POSTED: 07/31/2008 - 03:47 am / quote |

They would also know that it was initially recorded on the "pockewatch" demo's in 1990! Which was just dave, since he wrote the song I think he is allowed to play it (even if i'd rather he didn't cus its crap)POSTED: 07/31/2008 - 09:49 am / quote |
