Kiss Guitarist To Release Solo Album

Original Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley’s new solo album, Anomaly is due out on September 15. The album was produced and recorded in Westchester County, NY during Ace’s downtime between 2007 and 2007 and 2009. Ace brough in Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith, Def Leppard) to help mix the album and put it all together.

In all honesty I was never a Kiss fan, in fact they always seemed like sellouts to me. On the other hand it is a fact that Ace inspired the great Dimebag. Not to mention on Megadeth's 2008 Blood in Water concert video, Dave Mustaine is wearing a Kiss shirt. So I'll probably check this out, just to see if Ace really is a talented guitarist.

let me explain something to u illiterate nonrespecting musicians (if these are musicians at all), we respect every generation that changed music. elvis started it, beatles changed it, 1964. they dominated till about the late 70's and KISS changed it. early 80's, btw bands like quiet riot wen they brought glam to a new level, and the hair started to get ridiculous. 1991, nirvana's second album brought grunge and changed it once again.

these bands r quite overrated at times but wen i havent seen a true music changing rock band in nearly 20 years, and u guys who r hating on the bands who changed music forever in the past, well u get the point now. nuff said. think be4 u talk.
