Less Than Jake Release New EP

Florida ska-punk mainstays Less Than Jake have come out and surprised their fans with a brand new digital EP released through Sleep It off Records.

The five song EP, Greetings From..., is the band's first new material since 2008's GNV FLA and is the band's first release on their own label where all profits from the sale are returned directed to the man - skipping all middlemen.

Greetings From... will be sold directly to fans digitally at the band's website as well as the merch table during 2011 Vans Warped Tour and subsequent tours afterward.

The record was produced and recorded by Roger Lima at The Moathouse and mixed and mastered by Stephen Egerton.

A few days late, but nonetheless, glad to see this at least gets a news mention. As my favorite band I can honestly say this is some of the best stuff they've written. If I had a friend who had never heard of them, I would play this EP to introduce them; that's how good it is.

It would be really nice if this band would go back to it's old sound. I really don't like the new sound, they need to go back to their rock/ska roots
