Melvins: Live Album Due Out In May

Melvins will release a new thirteen-track live recording, "Sugar Daddy Live", on May 31 via Ipecac Recordings. Recorded at The Busta-Guts Club in Downey, Califorinia, the CD features such fan favorites as "Boris", "A History Of Bad Men" and "The Kicking Machine".

Melvins recently completed a month-long residency at Los Angeles' Spaceland and are currently in New Zealand with a forthcoming round of Australian dates as part of the Soundwave Festival. The Melvins were in Christchurch when the February 21 earthquake struck but escaped unscathed and are due to resume their tour later this week.

I saw them at their christchurch show on the 20th, it was by far the loudest thing I have ever heard, it kinda detracted from the show but still it was ****ing epic
