Nirvana Nevermind DVD

A DVD about Nirvana's legendary "Nevermind" album is scheduled for an October 25 release. The DVD, which is part of the popular "Classic Albums" series, will most likely follow the recording of the album, based on past and possibly new interviews.

Other documentaries in the series focused on such artists as U2, The Who, Iron Maiden, Jimi Hendrix and Metallica. The Metallica one follows the recording of their mega-successful "Black" album, using new and old interviews, revisiting the multi-track masters (with comments from producers and band members), clips of music videos and much more. It is an extremely well-produced and interesting documentary, using original music by the band as opposed to other unofficial documentaries. Order the Nirvana DVD online here.

i don't know why everyone says nirvana is the most over-rated band of all time. they are not they have one of the greatest albums of all time and they were huge in their day and they had a huge inpact on the world and for the news that is freakin awesome i am so buying it when it comes out.

no offense kurt is great and all, but have you noticed after nirvana everything about rock kinda went downhill? i havent heard a decent song since, and even the new metallica album sukd. i guess hate in rock is like booze. with grunge, we 'drank' a lot and had lots of fun, but now were just sleeping off a hangover...

who cares about Nevermind? Inuetro is the far better story
because it was truly Nirvana.Raw and full of gut wrenching emotion.it was recorded by Steve Albini (who also recorded Suffer Rosa by the Pixies) and every track was recored live.It was our last look into Kurt's head and there is truly an amazing story behind it's making.

Nevermind was great...but i rather everything before it....those were the songs that hit hard and from the heart..I think Nevermind was just made to get they're lasting attention..... but they Sure as hell did it!!! RIP KURT COBAIN

nirvana is way too overrated in every way....i bought their greatest hits and i'm alright with only having that since their stuff is very similar. ALice in Chains kicks Nirvana's ass.

I like Nirvana's unreleased songs better. They were more talented and represented Nirvana a lot better. They also were more talented songs with a lot more variety.

nirvana are a good band, but not the best, probably my fav because of the emotion. im buying it although in utero is better, more like true nirvana.

well when you compare nirvana to the beatles you find that they were heavily influenced over the years they were together. Especially by George Harrison. Oh and by the way, Bleach is the best nirvana album.
