: I've listened to these tracks a lot, but I don't think I'm willing to pay for an EP with a track I've already got and it's remix, with 2 more remixes of sub-par songs. POSTED: 12/09/2008 - 11:31 am / quote |

: Noel can shove his remixes up his arse, actually.
First we get an album of VERY mediocre material
Second, he stages another press release about how he is amazing and has 60 songs in the reserves
Third, he issues remixes to be put on the singles, and considering this WAS (the key word here) a B sides band and some of them were better than the album tracks.
What's next, you say?
3 year wait for another medicore album, YET MORE below quality live shows with the same damn setlist every night, and the long awaited Noel Gallagher solo album, apparently, that will no doubt consist of acoustic demos of Oasis songs he couldn't be arsed to finish.
All the while, Fat Noel and his little brotther are counting their money and stroking their dicks, happy and content that they got by for 3 years of mediocre songs.
Is Noel doing it for the money instead of the fans?

: Yes they are arrogant but they make good tunes and their latest album was stunning.
However, this is just an attempt to squeeze out some more money.
Also, **** iTunes.

: I like Oasis but come on guys, stop supporting iTunes so much! iTunes exemplifies all that is wrong with the current music industry and is negating progress. They are the ones keeping the corporate industry alive and the artists in the secondary. If more bands like AC/DC and Radiohead raised awareness of this issue, perhaps we would finally discover the new business model by which music should be run.POSTED: 12/09/2008 - 03:57 pm / quote |

: I enjoyed the last album...Although I love Oasis' music I have to say that this is why people aren't buying their singles in the way they used to. Would you rather buy the single I'm Outta Time with three versions of the same song and remixes of two others, or would you buy singles that Oasis used to release: i.e. when Don't Look Back in Anger came out, the EP also contained Step Out, Underneath the Sky, and Cum On Feel the Noise. It's great that Oasis is still releasing new material but the lack of proper B-sides is hurting them a bit. Still, this tour will prove they're still one of the best bands out there....POSTED: 12/09/2008 - 07:15 pm / quote |

: Noel isnt as arrogant as you lot think he is. His sense of humour is lost on a lot of you people, andfor anyone bothered to listen to the album will realise its probably the best album of the year.
Coldplay get grammy nominations even though their is desperate and has 2 good songs and lots of rubbish (U2- esque is what thats called).
Oasis with songs like 'The Turning' ' Waiting For The Rapture' 'High Horse Lady' and 'I'm Outta Time' have roared back to form. The only problem with some people is they want Oasis to release 'Roll With It' or 'Morning Glory' again which is something that to cite U2 as a major example have made a career out of and got praised for doing

: Damn it will you people calm down! Last I checked, you're not the ones who are making hit records and playing stadiums for gigs. Jeez quit bitchin' about Oasis already, it's getting old. I personally enjoyed the last album a lot and an EP of "Im Outta Time" sounds good. You all are damn ignorant...POSTED: 12/09/2008 - 07:44 pm / quote |

: I did feel ripped off by the last Oasis album after the interview Noel did in Mojo claiming they had 3 or 4 better songs to put on the record, but which werent finished so they ended up putting filler like High Horse Lady on. Why not just bite the bullet, delay the record for three weeks, FINISH IT PROPERLY, then put it out. No-ones telling me Oasis are held to record company release dates - if Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong ("who?" i hear you cry) can entirely scrap their debut album to record again and release a year later, then Oasis, one of the biggest acts in the world, must be able to shift release dates around by a month or two.
Ripped off.POSTED: 02/08/2009 - 05:12 pm / quote |

wow, it pains me to see someone who obviously was a huge fan (hence gallagher2006, unless thats actually your name, in which case my bad) end up detesting them so much.
